1) There will be 25 registrations under the Early Bird Slab on FCFS basis.

2) This slab is NOT VALID for Rotarians, PDRR/DRR Delegates, and Couples of any District.

3) This slab is also NOT VALID for the Rotaractors of the Host District. (RID 3250)

3) It is mandatory to fill out the Google Form after 24 hours of the successful transaction of the registration amount else the amount will be forfeited.

4) Cancellations and Swappings are NOT ALLOWED under this slab. The money will not be refunded after the successful transaction. DRRs and individuals must complete the Google Form before the due date.

5) The Host Team reserves rights to the changes.

6) If any natural calamity arrives full money will not be refunded.

2) This slab is OPEN for Rotarians, PDRR/DRR Delegates, and Couples of any District, however, they need to fill under the applicable price category.

3) This slab is also OPEN for the Rotaractors of the Host District (RID 3250). However, a special price slab will we opened under this slab where 10 bulk registrations from a group of any members of RID 3250 will be admitted for 50,000/- INR, in which the effective price will be 5,000/- per person.

4) It is mandatory to fill out the Google Form after 24 hours of the successful transaction of the registration amount else the amount will be forfeited.
