RLA - Rotaract Leadership Academy

The Rotaract Leadership Academy (RLA) is set to take place from January 26th to 28th, 2024, at the enchanting venue of Mysuru. Aimed at providing comprehensive training for Rotaract Club leaders, the event promises an enriching experience over two nights and three days, all-inclusive of food and accommodation, for a registration fee of Rs. 3181/-

Target Audience:

  - The training is exclusively designed for President Elects, Secretary Designates, and serving Presidents and Secretaries of Rotaract Clubs.

Participant Limitations:

  - Limited to a total of 100 participants from across South Asia.

  - Each district can send a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring a diverse representation.

Selection Process for Club Leaders:

  - Club leaders are encouraged to apply, and only a dedicated 8 will be selected after a thorough review of their applications. District Leaders will be consulted during the selection process.

Training Topics:

  - Roles and Responsibilities of a Club President and Secretary.

  - In-depth knowledge about all the Avenues of Service.

  - Fundraising Ideas for effective club management.

  - Exploring opportunities beyond the Club and District levels.

  - Familiarization with tools and resources available on the Rotary International website.
